How to use EPay Portal?

What are the payment mode available in EPay Portal?
For e-Payment, the following are the payment mode available:-
1) Credit/debit Card (Visa/Master Card)
2) FPX
3) E-Wallet
4) Razer Cash@7Eleven. Click HERE to know about Razer Cash.
What if I do not receive Official Receipts after payment has been deducted from my bank account?
System will regenerate unsuccesfull receipt every 1 hour.
You would be able to reprint your Official Receipt using these methods:
1. Track My Payment
Menu: Services > Payment Checking > Track My Payment
2. My Payment History
Menu: Services > Payment Checking > My Payment History
3. Notification sent to your email which was registered in your profile.

What if I receive 'Unsuccessful Payment' notification after payment transaction has been completed?
- Check either your bank account is deducted or not. Please proceed to make payment once you confirmed that no deduction has been made.
- As an alternative, please email your transaction details to bursar_cash@um.edu.my to get confirmation on your payment status.
